Cancellation/ NO SHOW Policy
Effective immediately 12/21/2015
“If our guests cancel without 24 hour notice; before they are able to book a new appointment our guests will need to pay for half of their services from the appointment that was cancelled or no showed. Guests will be required to pay the cancellation/no show fee upon their next visit along with any services done that day.”
Also if guests do not confirm their appointment 24 hours prior, their appointment will be automatically cancelled. Appointments can be confirmed via demandforce system or calling the salon.
GIFT CARD POLICY
Gift cards have no expiration date
Gift Cards are non refundable
Gift Cards can be redeemed for services or products
